Are we a good fit for you? Are we aligned in values? Read on.

A clear statement of what you can expect when you work with us.

At Jedidiah CPA PLLC, we believe excellent accounting is not just about accuracy — it’s about clarity, calm, and trust. This Client Bill of Rights sets out what you are entitled to expect from us, and what we commit to uphold in every engagement. This Client Bill of Rights shows the things we consider important.

Do you value these too? Then we are a good fit for one another!

Your Rights as a Jedidiah Client

1. The Right to Clarity

You have the right to understand what we are doing, why it matters, and what it means for you — in plain English, not jargon.

We will:

  • Explain technical matters clearly and patiently

  • Distinguish between what is required, what is optional, and what is recommended

  • Make it clear when no action is required from you

2. The Right to Predictability

You have the right to know what to expect and when.

We will:

  • Set clear timelines at the start of each engagement

  • Communicate early if timelines need to change

  • Avoid last-minute surprises whenever reasonably possible

3. The Right to Responsiveness

You have the right to feel heard and supported.

We will:

  • Acknowledge your communications promptly

  • Let you know who is responsible for your engagement

  • Escalate concerns when needed rather than letting issues linger

4. The Right to Professional Advocacy

You have the right to a CPA who looks ahead on your behalf.

We will:

  • Anticipate questions from regulators, funders, lenders, and investors

  • Raise risks early, not after they become problems

  • Advise you as if your business or organization were our own

5. The Right to Calm, Respectful Service

You have the right to be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

We will:

  • Communicate calmly, even in stressful situations

  • Address issues directly without blame or defensiveness

  • Create an environment where questions are always welcome

6. The Right to Integrity and Independence

You have the right to advice grounded in professional standards and ethical judgment.

We will:

  • Act with independence where required

  • Follow applicable professional and regulatory standards

  • Be transparent about limitations, risks, and uncertainties

7. The Right to Confidentiality

You have the right to trust that your information is handled with care.

We will:

  • Protect your confidential information

  • Use your information only for agreed professional purposes

  • Maintain appropriate safeguards and controls

Our Mutual Responsibilities

A strong professional relationship is a partnership. To serve you well, we ask that you:

  • Provide information that is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • Communicate promptly when circumstances change

  • Engage openly in discussions about risks, judgments, and decisions

Our Commitment

If at any point you feel we are not living up to these commitments, we encourage you to raise the issue with us directly. We take this Bill of Rights seriously and view feedback as an opportunity to improve.

Our promise: You will never feel ignored, confused, or surprised — and you will feel advocated for.

This Client Bill of Rights reflects how Jedidiah CPA PLLC works. It does not replace the terms of any engagement letter but complements them by setting clear expectations for the client experience.
